What we do

Meaningbit helps people thrive and organisations innovate. We use evidence-based practices, grounded in psychology, to do this. We work with a variety of service providers to enable personal and organisational transformation.

We want people to enjoy their work. We want organisations to be able to change and grow to meet the needs of their customers and service users. We believe that by working together, people can achieve far more than they ever could on their own.

The company was founded in June 2017. We are based in Brighton and undertake work all over the UK and online.
